Whether you love them, hate them, or have grown tired of them due to the modern media overload, there is no denying that vampires have always been a captivating topic. From numerous box office retellings of the legendary Dracula to countless supernatural TV series like Buffy the Vampire Slayer, and thousands of taboo romance novels, the popularity of these immortal beings remains steadfast.
Interestingly, vampires have also made their way into the world of gaming, specifically in The Sims 2, and it’s clear from the fact that EA continues to add them via expansion packs that they are a hit with players.
As avid fans ourselves, we assume that most of you reading this have at least one Vamp!Sim (or maybe even a whole coven) lurking in your gallery. So, to help you enhance your blood-sucking darlings, we’ve compiled a list of some incredible custom vampire poses. These poses will undoubtedly add an extra layer of depth and intrigue to your vampire Sims.
1. Vampire Collaboration Poses by Akuiyumi
The Vampire Collaboration Poses by Akuiyumi are a must-see for any Simmer interested in adding a touch of spooky realism to their vampire Sims. This pose pack features an array of unique and eerie solo poses, as well as couple poses that do not require Scumbumbo’s teleport statues to function.
Unlike most custom couple or group poses, these poses can’t be executed using overlapping teleporters. The creator suggests using the “couch trick” to position your Sims correctly for the desired couple pose. Essentially, you seat both Sims on a loveseat, then delete the loveseat, leaving the Sims standing next to each other in the desired pose.
Thankfully, executing the solo poses is a lot simpler. You merely need to walk your Sim to the desired location and use Andrew’s Pose Player to pose them.
For more in-depth descriptions of the poses and posing instructions, be sure to read the creator’s original description before downloading. Overall, this pack is an excellent addition to any player’s game, and we highly recommend it to anyone seeking to add a touch of spine-chilling authenticity to their vampire Sims.
2. Undead Posepack by Sakuraleon
If you’re looking to capture some steamy and seductive shots of your undead Sims, look no further than Sakuraleon’s Undead pose pack. This pack includes four suggestive couple poses that would fit right in on the cover of any young adult novel with a supernatural theme.
As a lover of all things vampiric, I can appreciate the allure of capturing some juicy vampire romance, and these poses do not disappoint. Each pose is well-crafted, with partners sporting playful and cocky expressions that exude a sense of confidence and power.
While the creator has specified that males should be on the right and females on the left, I see no reason why you couldn’t experiment with different models and genders. The poses themselves are versatile enough to accommodate a variety of configurations and could lend themselves well to a range of photo shoots.
So, if you’re looking to spice up your Sim’s love life, consider adding Sakuraleon’s Undead pose pack to your collection.
3. Vampire’s Poses by DinoDell
If you’re looking for a set of poses that really capture the essence of vampiric power and aggression, look no further than DinoDell’s Vampire’s Poses pack. Featuring 11 solo poses, this pack showcases Vamp Sims as sneaky, slightly manic supernatural hunters who revel just a little too much in their abilities.
At first glance, some of the poses may appear a bit wonky, but that’s because they’re meant to be action shots. These poses are all about snarling, posturing, and showcasing those impressive fangs. Overall, this is a very solid pack that opens up a world of possibilities for creative and dramatic photo shoots.
One thing to note is that the ceiling poses will only work on the lowest ceiling height, so be sure to plan accordingly. But aside from that, DinoDell’s Vampire’s Poses pack is a must-have for any Simmer who loves to capture the raw power and intensity of these supernatural creatures.
4. We Drink Your Blood (Poses) by Wistful Castle
If you’re looking for a pose pack that offers both the charming and the terrifying sides of vampirism, look no further than Wistful Castle’s We Drink Your Blood pack. With four couple poses (three of which depict vampire feeding) and one solo pose that showcases a posturing, threatening stance, this pack offers a lot of variety and storytelling potential.
Personally, I’m a big fan of the jumping pose, as it adds a lot of dynamic energy to any shot. And while the poses are subtly related to an ongoing narrative, they’re not just variations of the same theme or pose. Overall, this is a very useful and versatile pack that any Simmer interested in vampirism should check out.
5. Take Me Vampire Posepack by Natalia-Auditore
This custom pose pack by Natalia-Auditore, called “Take Me Vampire Posepack,” adds a touch of the forbidden to your Sims 4 gameplay. These poses depict a sensual, supernatural fantasy universe where a vampire feeds on their victim in a somewhat consensual manner. While it may not be everyone’s cup of tea, the pack is definitely useful for creating specific types of storytelling in your game.
Compared to some other vampire pose packs on this list, this one is less violent and more about the sensual experience of being a vampire. However, if it’s still too edgy for your taste, you may want to stick to some of the tamer packs like Wistful Castle’s “We Drink Your Blood” or memeuru’s “Vampires Suck” poses.
The pack includes both solo and couple poses, with the thumbnails for each pose somewhat confusingly alternating between pictures of the victim and black squares for the vampire. Keep that in mind when using the in-game pose list.
6. Vampires Suck Poses by mememuru
Peruse this Poses Package
Behold one of my preferred packs in terms of creativity and expression.
It takes the whole concept of vampires lulling their prey into a false sense of security and amplifies it to the next level.
This pack comprises of both couple and group poses, and the group poses are undeniably one-of-a-kind.
Check out the preview pictures. Trust me, you won’t find many custom poses like these anywhere else.
Furthermore, the poses themselves are classified as male vampire, female vampire, and so on. However, I attempted to mix it up a little.
In my opinion, they’re fairly unisex. Yet, be cautious if your female Sim models possess a generous bosom. Their chest may cause some clipping issues, particularly with the first trio pose.
7. Vampire Attack (Couple Pose) By Pandora
Reviewing custom content for The Sims 4 can be tricky, but I must say that Pandora’s Vampire Attack pose pack definitely stands out in terms of its graphic and gruesome portrayal of a vampire attack. Unlike other packs that may romanticize or soften the act of feeding, this pack portrays vampires as ruthless hunters that are to be feared.
With a mix of solo, couple, and group poses, this pack offers a range of poses that could add a lot of depth and drama to your storytelling. The group pose of two vampires attacking one victim is particularly striking and reminiscent of classic horror movies. Additionally, the vampire child pose is perfectly creepy for those who want to delve into more disturbing storylines.
However, it should be noted that the lack of thumbnails in the pose list and the mix of solo and group poses can make initial setup a bit challenging. But with the preview photos as a rough guide, it shouldn’t take too long to get the hang of it. If you’re looking to add a darker and more violent edge to your vampire storytelling, then Pandora’s Vampire Attack pose pack is definitely worth checking out.
8. Deadly Love Pose Pack by Sunnie Simmer
Pose packs featuring vampires and their human victims are a popular theme in The Sims community, and Sunnie Simmer’s Deadly Love Pose Pack is one of the standout examples.
With only three poses included in the pack, it’s a relatively small offering compared to some of the other options on this list.
However, what the pack lacks in quantity, it more than makes up for in quality.
The poses are intimate and sensual, perfect for depicting the complex relationship between a vampire and their human blood source.
The first two poses are subtle enough that they could be used in a more general romantic setting, but the third pose is where things get interesting.
In this floating pose, the vampire is shown holding their victim in the air, seemingly defying gravity.
It’s a striking image that perfectly captures the supernatural power dynamic between these two characters.
Overall, if you’re looking for a simple but effective pose pack to help tell the story of a vampire and their human lover, Deadly Love is definitely worth checking out.
9. Violent Vampire Poses by Natalia-Auditore
The concept of a vampire feeling guilty and remorseful for their actions is a common theme in modern young adult novels. However, there aren’t many pose packs that depict this narrative. That’s why I’m excited to introduce this one.
The seven sets in this pack showcase a vampire attacking an unsuspecting victim who tries to fight back, but ultimately fails. The victim is drained of their blood and falls to the ground, unconscious. The final pose has the vampire looking up to the sky, regretting their actions.
It’s definitely a dark pack, but it’s also incredibly beautiful. If you’re looking to add some depth and emotion to your storytelling, this pack is a must-have.
10. Vampire Slayer Pose Pack by Monster without name
It sounds like you really enjoyed the Vampire Slayer Pose Pack by Monster without name. The pack seems to offer a unique narrative and high-quality poses that fit well with the theme. You particularly appreciated the action-oriented story and the confident posturing of the vampire slayer in the poses. Additionally, the pack’s minimal props and ease of setup were also positives. Overall, you consider this your favorite pack due to its excellent concept, quality, and originality.
